Shipping
1. Shipping Zones
BREY makes national and international shipments. The rates and transit times vary depending on the geographical destination selected by the customer when entering their billing and delivery information in the checkout process.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing: All confirmed orders are processed at our facilities within 24 to 48 business hours, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed during the weekend or on official holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Delivery Times (Transit):
National Shipments (Mainland and Balearic Islands): Between 2 and 4 business days once the package is dispatched.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Between 5 and 7 business days, subject to local customs holds and procedures.
International Shipments (European Union): Between 2 and 8 business days.
International Shipping (Rest of the World): Variable delivery times depending on the destination country, usually between 5 and 10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are approximate estimates provided by the collaborating transport companies. BREY is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, sector strikes, or weather-related incidents.
3. Shipping Fees and Charges
The transportation costs are not included in the product price and are automatically calculated in the shopping cart before finalising the payment.
BREY reserves the right to apply free shipping promotions starting from a predetermined minimum purchase volume on the web portal, which will be duly communicated in the current campaign conditions.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once the package is handed over to the courier company, the customer will receive an automatic email notification that will include the tracking number and the link to the carrier's platform to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
5. Delivery Conditions and Incidents
Absence at the residence: The transport companies will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address. If the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice or get in touch to schedule a new delivery or indicate a nearby pickup point.
Incorrect or incomplete address: In the event that the package cannot be delivered because the customer has provided an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, the additional costs resulting from a second shipment or the return of the package to our premises will be entirely borne by the buyer.
Damage during transport: If, at the moment of receiving the package, the customer notices that the external packaging shows visible damage, deformities, or breakage, they must firmly note it on the carrier's delivery note and immediately notify BREY through our customer service email within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt.
6. Taxes and Customs Fees (Shipments outside the EU)
For shipments destined for countries outside the European Union or areas with special tax regimes (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local processing fees established by the authorities of the destination country.
These costs are not included in the order price or the shipping fees paid on the website, and must be fully borne by the receiving customer at the time of delivery of the goods. BREY has no control over these fees nor can it predict their amount.
