1. Purpose and Generalities
These conditions govern the use of the official BREY website and the contracting of the products offered through it. By accessing the website and placing an order, the user fully, expressly, and unreservedly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
BREY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with those published on the website at the precise moment of completing the purchase being applicable.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the website, its design, navigation structure, source codes, texts, photographs, logos, images, trademarks, and graphic elements are the exclusive property of BREY or third parties who have legitimately authorised their inclusion.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of these elements is strictly prohibited without the express and written authorisation of the brand management.

3. Purchase Process and Contract Formalisation
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. Since these are limited or exclusive inventory collections, if supply difficulties or stockouts occur after the order has been placed, BREY will immediately refund any amount paid by the customer.

Confirmation: The sales contract will be considered formalised only when BREY sends the user a shipping confirmation via email, which will include the order breakdown and the corresponding tracking number.

4. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices: The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated and detailed transparently before completing the purchase.

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit/debit card and authorised digital payment gateways on the website.

Security: Payment data is transmitted in an encrypted form through SSL security protocols to ensure the absolute confidentiality of the transaction.

5. Shipping Conditions and Deadlines
Deadlines: BREY commits to processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times will be indicated during the purchase process, depending on the geographical destination. These deadlines are indicative, and BREY will not be responsible for delays caused by external factors or third-party courier companies.
Transmission of risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the moment the physical delivery of the package is made to the designated address.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Exchanges, and Returns
The customer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase and request size changes within a strict period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the item. The exercise of this right will be strictly governed by the technical conditions, refund deadlines, labelling requirements, and quality inspection stipulated in our official Exchange and Return Policy.

7. Legal Warranty of Products
In accordance with current legislation, BREY is responsible for any non-conformities that manifest in the purchased products. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, with damages caused by improper use, natural wear and tear of the materials, incorrect washing, or negligent handling of the garment by the customer being completely excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability
BREY assumes no responsibility arising from:
Web service interruptions, computer viruses, system malfunctions, or disconnections that may occur during browsing.
The incorrect or fraudulent use of the website's content or products by users.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the current Spanish and European legislation. For the resolution of any controversy, conflict, or claim that may arise in connection with the use of the website or the purchase contracts, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, or to the European Union's online dispute resolution system.
